With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Kidwell specializes in office, industrial, distressed and investment property transactions in South Florida. He has completed over 600 career transactions valued at more than $700 million.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kidwell has stayed an active member of the commercial real estate community. He is a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors which he served as President in 1998 and various other offices over the years. He is an active member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He holds the designations of Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 2000 he served as the regional Vice President of the Florida Chapter of the CCIM.
Mr. Kidwell graduated from the University of Florida, School of Building Construction in 1988 and received his State of Florida Building Contractor License in 1990. Having served on the board of the Broward Alliance (Broward’s official economic development board) and The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Board, he is very active as a leader in his community.
A member of the Lauderdale Yacht Club since 2000 and the Sportfishermen of Broward since 1990, he holds a United States Coast Guard 50-Ton Master Captain’s License and is an avid fisherman.
